Abstract:Aiming at the randomness and intermittentness of distributed power in the micro-grid system and power fluctuations of distributed power, this paper presents a microgrid energy management system and study on planed grid-connected to isolated grid based on droop control. The system detects power vacancy in micro-grid system and adjusts the lithium battery PCS in the hybrid energy storage system to droop mode and intelligently follows the load change. So the transitional main power of micro-grid is established. The lithium battery as the transitional main power controls the hybrid energy storage system and drives all loads in the micro-grid. Then disconnect the common couplings witch and start the diesel generator. The diesel generator automatically follows the voltage and frequency of the lithium battery PCS and switches to VF mode. The diesel generator as the main power source drives all loads in the micro-grid. The micro-grid energy management system switches the lithium battery PCS to the PQ operation mode, and stably realizes planed grid-connected to isolated grid of the micro-grid.
