Abstract：The charging of electric vehicles in special area, such as public transport and logistics,etc. has the problems that accessing mode and charging operations for the charging facilities are complicated, settlement type are single, lack of effective vehicle assessment means. To solve these problems, the idea of building a charging service platform for special vehicle is put forward. The demonstration application results show that the special charging service platform technology scheme effectively solves the problem of the special vehicle charging, and provides important theoretical basis and application exploration for the development of the special vehicle charging service business, and has important research and application value.
