Abstract:On the basis of sorting out the accompanying outage rules of distribution network, an intelligent identification algorithm of equipment outage range based on geographic information system (GIS) and topology analysis is proposed. The GIS graphic function is used to identify the accompanying equipment due to the space distance restricting. Based on the graph theory and the characteristics of distribution network, the method of using node splitting to improve the adjacency matrix is proposed to describe the distribution network structure. This method can avoid maintaining the switch state information table when the topology changes due to equipment outage. The breadth first algorithm is applied to the improved adjacency matrix to realize the intelligent identification of accompanying blackout range. Numerical results of IEEE 6 and a provincial distribution network practical application show that the proposed method can quickly and accurately identify the accompanying blackout range.
