摘要 超高压输电线路中常出现耐张线夹引流板因螺栓松动而引起发热的现象。螺栓松动除了受风振影响外,与其安装工艺也紧密相关。检修中发现有些螺栓松脱是因安装扭矩不合适而造成的。本文通过引流板螺栓安装扭矩的设计计算,结合扭矩-预紧力特性试验,对引流板螺栓的扭矩值和拧紧工艺进行了研究。

Abstract:In the ultra-high voltage transmission line, the drain plate is often heated due to bolts loosening. Bolt loosening is not only affected by wind vibration, but also closely related to its installation process. During the maintenance, it is found that some bolts are loose due to improper mounting torque. In this paper, combining with torque-preload characteristic test, the torque value and tightening technology of drainage plate bolts are studied by designing and calculating the mounting torque of drainage plate bolts.
