Research on tightening technology of drainage plate bolt of transmission line

Abstract：In the ultra-high voltage transmission line, the drain plate is often heated due to bolts loosening. Bolt loosening is not only affected by wind vibration, but also closely related to its installation process. During the maintenance, it is found that some bolts are loose due to improper mounting torque. In this paper, combining with torque-preload characteristic test, the torque value and tightening technology of drainage plate bolts are studied by designing and calculating the mounting torque of drainage plate bolts.
