Abstract：Investigation was made to the Under-Voltage Release of the Universal Circuit Breaker in the start-up and working condition, using double winding coil and the constant current source circuit technology, which reduced the holding coil current, to achieve the design of the Low-Power Under-Voltage Release. The circuit design has high sensitivity, high reliability and low power consumption.
