Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of motor inverter for high power density, compact structure and low electromagnetic interference, etc, the internal conductive busbar is usually designed as a laminated busbar. The injection molded laminated busbar has the advantages of high positioning accuracy, convenient assembly and simple structure. It is has high use value. However, in engineering application, laminated busbar for new energy vehicles mostly adopt multi-component assembly mode, and relatively few adopt integrated injection molding mode. One of the main reasons is that the internal defects of the laminated busbar are difficult to detect. To solve the problem, in this paper, a method for detecting internal defects of injection molded laminated busbar is presented.
