摘要 行波测距具有精度高、受系统运行方式影响小等优点,但是独立的行波测距易受噪声干扰、可靠性不足;传统交流线路保护技术成熟、抗扰能力强、可靠性非常高,因而利用保护信息来提高行波测距可靠性是比较可行的技术路线。本文基于保护行波测距一体化技术,分析独立行波测距存在的主要问题及保护与行波测距信息交互技术;结合保护相关信息,从测距启动、同步模量选择、测距结果甄别三个方面提出了提升变电站行波测距可靠性的详细技术方案,并搭建了软硬件测试平台,试验结果验证了所提方案的有效性。

Abstract:Traveling wave fault location (TWFL) has the advantages of high accuracy and little influence by the system operation mode, but the independent TWFL is vulnerable to noise, which leads to a bad reliability. Traditional AC line protection technology is mature and has strong anti-interference ability and high reliability. It is a feasible technical route to improve the TWFL reliability by using protection information. In this paper, based on the integration of protection and TWFL, the problems of independent TWFL and the information interaction technology between protection and TWFL are analyzed. Combined with the protection related information, detailed technical schemes to improve the reliability of station TWFL are presented, which include fault location start-up, synchronous phase selection and fault location result screening. Based on the above technologies, the software and hardware test platform are built, and the experimental results verifiy the effectiveness of the proposed schemes.
