摘要 针对实际运行中的配电变压器存在铭牌丢失、铭牌容量与实际容量不符直接给供电企业造成不应有的经济损失, 同时导致电网的安全稳定运行存在一定风险等问题, 本文提出一种新的变压器容量在线检测方法。在不同负荷下测量运行中变压器的一次侧、二次侧的电压电流, 计算出变压器的短路阻抗值, 由短路阻抗法求出运行中变压器的实际容量。本文对不同容量的配电变压器进行了Matlab/Sumlink仿真实验, 仿真数据表明通过本算法在线测量的容量与实际容量的误差极小, 且该方法稳定性好、操作简单, 可实现变压器容量的在线检测。

Abstract:Aiming at the existing distribution transformer nameplate loss, the discrepancy of nameplate capacity and actual capacity in actual operation causing directly the avoidable economic loss to the power supply enterprise and the safe and stable operation risk of power grid and so on, in this paper a new transformer capacity online measurement method is proposed. In the different loads, the primary side and secondary side voltage current of running transformer are measured, the transformer short-circuit impedance value is calculated, and the actual capacity of running transformer is obtained by short-circuit impedance algorithm. In this paper, the Matlab/Sumlink simulation experiments on the different capacities of distribution transformers are made, and the simulation data show that the error is very small between the capacity of online measuring through this algorithm and the actual capacity, and this method has good stability, simple operation, and it can realize the online measurement of transformer capacity.
