Abstract:A stability control system based on real-time decision-making and control mode is proposed in this paper. Four aspects are introduced in detail including hardware structure, software structure, key technologies and control flow. The hardware part of the system mainly includes stability control server, communication interface device and stability control device. The software part can be divided into eight modules, namely, online database reading and writing module, offline database reading module, high-speed communication module, real-time connection analysis module, establishment of basic calcu-lation data module, power system state estimation module, ultra-real-time transient stability calculation module and online real-time stability control strategy calculation module. The system adopts su-per-real-time transient stability simulation algorithm to complete the fast calculation of control strategy and the issuance of control commands online, which realizes the real-time decision-making and control. The actual example of an enterprise-owned power grid verifies the effectiveness and practicability of the system.
