Abstract:The dry-type air-core reactor can improve the power quality of the power system and improve the current stability, but the magnetic flux leakage is large during operation, which will cause adverse effects on the surrounding environment. To solve the problem of excessive magnetic leakage of the reactor, this paper proposes a new type of multi-unit series-parallel toroidal low-leakage magnetic reactor topology. Based on the analysis of the principle, the power frequency withstand voltage test, temperature rise test, lightning impulse test and maximum short-time current test are carried out respectively. The test results show that the performance of the test product meets the requirements of relevant national standards and can be applied to the actual power grid.
