Abstract:In order to improve the reliability of data support of the intelligent fault recorder acquisition unit, a decentralized technical scheme for the acquisition unit of intelligent fault recorder is proposed. The acquisition units are installed in a distributed panel according to the recorded components. The redundant network connection between the acquisition units improves the reliability of data transmission. The time synchronization of the time delay measurable network enables synchronous sampling of each acquisition unit. The cross trigger enables panoramic capture of disturbed data. In addition to recording the sampling data accessed by itself, each acquisition unit sends its own sampling data to other acquisition units, at same time receives and records data from other acquisition units. All recorded data can be obtained by accessing any acquisition unit to provide reliable data support for disturbance analysis and fault processing. The practical application shows that as long as any storage medium of multiple acquisition units is intact, the integrity of data records can be guaranteed, and this technical solution can effectively solve the problem of data support reliability of the acquisition unit.
