摘要 在厂内例行试验过程中,一台500kV变压器的高压绕组、中压绕组和低压绕组对地绝缘电阻测试值均与同批次、同型号变压器的测试结果差异较大,不符合国标要求。本文从变压器生产环节入手,对可能导致变压器绝缘电阻降低的因素进行排查验证,最终确定主要因素为绝缘油老化。根据排查结果进行绝缘油更换后,故障被成功排除。

Abstract:During the routine test in the factory, the insulation resistances of high voltage winding to ground, medium voltage winding to ground and low voltage winding to ground of a 500kV transformer are tested, and the results deviate from those of transformers in the same batch and type, which did not meet the requirements of the national standard. In this paper, starting from the transformer production process, the factors that may lead to the reduction of insulation resistance of the transformer are investigated and verified. Ultimately, the insulating oil aging is determined to be the main factor. According to this result, the insulation oil is replaced and the fault is successfully eliminated.
