Abstract：With the improvement of social concern for food safety, quality inspection is more and more important. Cigarette companies continue to produce food standards for the production of cigarette, therefore quality inspection plays an important role in the cigarette production process. As a system for the detection of tobacco quality tobacco foreign intelligence eliminating system plays an important role in the production of cigarette, while the light source video system in the system is the priority among priorities, the performance of the foreign body detection effect plays a key role. This paper studies LED background light source system adopts water cooling system, and it can be applied to the actual products, obvious effect.
