Abstract：Introduces the thinking and the framework of developing the lightning location system, and provide the core source code. This system can be used for storing the lightning data in the SQL2000 database which from the lightning location system to monitor, and according the program calls the data to put lightning data relocation to geographic information map. The development and application of the system plays an important role in the same type of large construction projects, key projects, explosion and fire hazardous environment, personnel intensive places risk assessment of lightning, thunder and lightning disaster distribution accident investigation.
