Abstract：For the non ground neutral system of electromagnetic voltage transformer (VT) prone to ferromagnetic resonance problems, proposed solutions using a capacitor type insulation monitoring technology, changed the traditional connection mode of power system VT, cancel L-C resonant circuit, fundamentally eliminate the VT resonance accident. The field application effect is good, stable operation, solves the non ground neutral system of ferromagnetic resonance.
