摘要 以低功耗单片机MSP430和pH值传感器为核心部件研制了一种高精度pH值自动在线监测仪器。为克服pH值测量过程中温度对测量结果的影响,利用最小二乘法对不同温度下的pH值和电压进行曲线拟合,建立了一种pH值温度补偿算法。实验结果表明,基于该模型的pH值监测仪具有超低功耗、稳定性好、高精度等优点,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:The high precise pH automatic monitoring measurement is designed based on MSP430 MCU and pH sensor. To eliminate the effect of temperature on the measurement results, a pH value temperature compensation module is established using the least Squares Method to analyze the linear relationship between pH and voltage. The results show that, the automatic monitoring measurement possesses broad application prospects with the advantages of ultra-low power consumption, good stability and high precision.
