Abstract In order to improve the urban and rural low-voltage network power quality,reduce power loss,low voltage cable through the reality and the problems of power quality analysis and survey with the characteristics of electric equipment,confirm a low line terminal Modular Intelligent idle compensation device in the design process of design theory and design,through the principle,theory analysis and study,to achieve the desired results.Therefore, the design and Realization of equipment,improve the quality and reduce the power loss and provides a feasible reform measures to urban and rural low-voltage power.
