Abstract Aiming at the problem of voltage compensative ratio setting and coordination for large generator,combined with the principle,this paper provides the method and consideration of setting voltage compensative ratio in detail for both the generator-transformer unit wiring mode and the three winding transformer parallel mode. With concrete examples,the setting and coordination method is verified to be feasible.
