Abstract The microgrid economic dispatch model considering the forcast error of wind power is established in this paper. The model includes fuel costs, the cost of emissions and the spare capacity costs. The reserve cost contains two parts.One part is original cost. A part is extra spare capacity cost considering forcast error. The model can be solved using improved partial swarm algrorithm(PSO). Through the simulation, economic diapatch cost considering forcast error is more closer to actual economic dispatch Which prove the validity of the model and algrorithm.
