The Comparative Analysis of Voltage Sag Detection based on DQ Transform Method |

Abstract Voltage sag is one of the most serious problems related to power quality, the fast and accurate detection of voltage sag characteristics is the premise of voltage sag compensation. About the voltage sag based on dq transform method can real-time detection of voltage sag characteristics also received the attention of many scholars. In this paper, comparative analysis of four kinds of detection method based on dq transform, including real-time method to construct a better derivation, a better precision dq decomposition method and the delay of 90° structural method and a method to construct time delay adjustable Angle. At first analyze the feasibility and rationality of detection the four method of voltage sag from theory. Finally using Matlab to detect voltage without distortion and falling time different simulation respectively, compared the characteristics of detection methods under different conditions.
