Abstract Combined Niuzhai converter station 3/2 wiring GIS equipment, The study of GIS equipment maintenance operations under different wiring, electrical inspection, grounding, job security measures and the installation of hanging nameplate cover fences guarantee how to achieve job security arrangement, the power range minimum, optimum ergonomics and simple, convenient and practical and effective. By standardizing device operations to determine indirect electrical inspection measures to optimize the signage and masking arrangement, which was the scene of a security risk, and ultimately standardize safety measures design. After the application of research results niu zhai for other equipment flow inside the station, and through field practice and verify continuous improvement, which was extended to other converter station or substation, and ultimately achieve the set of safety measures arranged method can be applied to different commutation station, substation equipment different wiring maintenance purposes.
