Abstract This article concludes and analyses the common problems on secondary system protection taking the Tianjin Yusheng 35kV substation as the example research. Study on the influence of transformer differential protection when external short circuit fault happens on the delta side of the yd-11 transformer. The article clearly puts forward the installation requirement of zero-sequence CT of double cables Parallel and cable shield wires. It Provides operational experience for small resistance grounding in the future.
