Abstract The rapid development of commercial vehicle proposed new standards for manufacturing accuracy and efficiency of the gearbox, existing equipment and technology has been unable to meet their requirements. According to the technical requirements and characteristics of the gearbox assembly process, 14 stalls commercial vehicles gearbox Pressure and Assembly equipment as the control object, apply Ethernet and OPC (OLE for Process Control) communications technology, build the control system based on Siemens S7-1200. Simultaneously, collect pressure, displacement data and draw press-fit curve, achieve Press-fit data traceability, provide data support for the research and development the gearbox.
