Fire alarm system design and data processing of exhaust fume chimney of large kitchen |

Abstract Based on the research and analysis of the causes and characteristics of fires of exhaust fume chimney of large kitchen, this paper designs a fire early warning system scheme for kitchen exhaust fume ducts. The system adopts SIEMENS S7-1200 programmable logic controller as the core controller. The wireless and wired methods based on the bare PT-100 temperature sensor are selected as the temperature acquisition means. The data acquisition device and controller are realized hardware connection and data transfer by RS-485 and Modbus protocols. After the actual measurement of the surface temperature change characteristics of the exhaust fume chimney, using the least squares method predicts the surface temperature of the exhaust fume ducts and identifies the sudden temperature rise state, so as to achieve the purpose of warning fire of the exhaust fume chimney.
