Expert system based automatic generation technology for secondary safety measures of smart substation |

Abstract With the continuous development of Smart Substation Technology, smart substations are increasingly being applied. The secondary information in the intelligent station is placed in the SCD file, and the secondary loop information is no longer intuitive and visible, which makes the maintenance difficulty, management difficulty and security risk of the secondary loop in the intelligent station increase. Aiming at this situation, this paper puts forward the technology of automatic generation of intelligent substation maintenance bill based on expert system. By analyzing the principle of making intelligent substation security bill, this technology builds typical security rule base, parses SCD file, builds configuration database, and finally generates the technology of IED maintenance bill automatically. The two information rule matching automatically generates maintenance tickets. This technology is a useful exploration for intelligent operation and maintenance of intelligent station. It solves the problems of large workload and error-prone of manual invoicing, improves the work efficiency of secondary operation and maintenance personnel, and guarantees the validity and correctness of secondary maintenance safety measures.
