Design of pneumatic transmission device for closing test of earthing switch |

Abstract According to the requirements of GB 1985—2014 and DL/T 486—2010 for short- circuit closing test of earthing switch in type test, a pneumatic transmission device is designed based on the principle of planar linkage mechanism to realize the short-circuit closing test of earthing switch under remote control. Firstly, by analyzing the force of the connecting rod mechanism of the device, the basic working principle of the device is introduced, the minimum thrust to trigger the closing of the test object is calculated, and the transmission mechanism components to meet the requirements of the mechanical principle are designed. Then, the trigger stroke range and rotation angle of the test object are calculated, and the pneumatic components of the device are selected reasonably. Finally, the device is used in the short circuit closing test of class E2 earthing switch for test verification. The test results show that the device meets the requirements of the standard for short circuit closing test of earthing switch.
