Abstract Intelligent miniature circuit breaker as the voltage current measurement and control protection device in low voltage client win a wide range of applications, but in the actual process of sinusoidal electrical measurement, different signal interference will affect the final measurement results, the single pulse interference signal frequency is high, the final measurement results fluctuates in the small scope, which can not satisfy the requirement of the intelligent miniature circuit breaker power calculation precision. Based on the fast elimination method of single pulse interference signal, this paper can quickly calculate the theoretical value of the current sampling point. If the deviation from the actual value is too large and it is not within the linear adaptive threshold, the current data point can be determined as a single pulse interference signal, and the actual value can be eliminated and replaced by the theoretical value.
