A control method for 10kW three-level active power factor correction |

Abstract The key control methods of three-level active power factor correction (APFC) are introduced. Firstly, the control block principle of three-level APFC based on sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) is given. The design process of current loop and voltage loop is introduced. Then, in order to achieve more accurate proportion integral (PI) regulation, a duty feed-forward control method is presented. Finally, the realization process of these control methods in digtal signal processor (DSP) is introduced. Here, the APFC control method recommended in this paper is simple and reliable, and the experimental results verify its validity.
