Analysis of information flow for 500kV circuit breaker in intelligent substation |

Abstract This paper analyzes the principle of reclosing block of 500kV circuit breaker protection, and provides a detailed overview of the information flow of 500kV circuit breaker in intelligent substations under the IEC 61850 standard. It also explains the redundancy design of the information flow of 500kV circuit breaker in intelligent substations. On this basis, this paper analyzes a case where inconsistent maintenance signals are mistakenly sent due to inconsistent configuration of the closed virtual circuit of 500kV circuit breaker protection. Finally, suggestions are proposed for the on-site work in substations, providing reference for the device debugging and related operations of 500kV circuit breaker protection.
