Abstract When dysfunction occurs in smart substation secondary equipment, as its development or operations, frequently fail to analyze and judge equipment failure reasons. To improve this situation,based on the research of smart substation secondary system state evaluation technology, proposed substation intelligent dynamic reconfiguration technology. In this paper, dynamic reconfiguration technology and equipment is study deeply, to achieve dynamic configuration software and boot device,timely recovery system integrity.
