Abstract Based on the practice and research of a building lightening electromagnetic environmental impact and the lighting data of the area, thepossible lighting electromagnetic intensity is accordingly assessedandthe probable lightening damages on electronic information system in building is also pre-evaluated. Accordingly, a method of reducing and avoiding lightening hazards is found out.
