Abstract  A air conditioning load forecasting model is proposed. First, According to the characteristics of energy consumption of air conditioner, the model can be divided into three stages, fixed load, temperature load and dynamic load, and air conditioning load is transfered on the demand side management requirements. Second, based on the historical data, fixed load, temperature load coefficient and dynamic load coefficient are calculated, and constraint on the DSM is added, to forecast air condition load. Finally, the load forecasting error problem and the limit staff problem of the building are discussed, and the solution is given. The test case shows that the method has effectiveness without complex model.
