The Method for Improving the Short Distance Transfer Efficiency of PCB Coil

Abstract  PCB coils with unique advantages, which is widely used in magnetic resonant wireless power transmission. when the transfer distance of system is short, which leads to a sharp decline in the efficiency. Aiming at this problem, this paper presents an effective method to improve the short distance transfer efficiency. Firstly, this paper analyses the work principle of antiparallel coil, then provides the calculation formulas of the parameters of the coil, and then analyses magnetic resonant system of the four coils structure. Finally, experimental results show the method is feasible, which can provide a reference for the design of short distance magnetic resonant wireless power transfer technology.
