Abstract Machine tool pulse main control circuit generates a control pulse signal using quartz crystal electric spark line cutting. Traditional, the output pulse width digital regulating scope is smaller and the regulation of instability. In order to overcome these disadvantages, use STC89C52RC MCU to design the pulse generator, the main control circuit is improved. This improvement to invest little, and can improve the work efficiency and the processing quality of machine tool.
