Noise Mechanism Analysis and Suppression for High-speed Digital PCB Radiated Electromagnetic Interference |

Abstract For the radiated EMI technology of high-speed digital PCB, the modeling and features on the interference noise are analyzed in this paper. On the basis of radiated EMI mechanism analysis on the electronic equipments, the crystal interference model, power chip model and data cable interference model are established. In addition, the radiation problems of two equipments are taken as experiment subjects, and the problems are diagnosed and suppressed by the interference model proposed in this paper. After efficient suppression methods, the two equipments can pass the limit requirements of GB 9254.
