Research of Shunt Active Power Filter based on Hysteresis Control Strategy |

Abstract Parallel active power filter is a device for harmonic suppression and reactive power compensation in power system. The paper researches the structure of active power filter based on hysteresis control strategy. The influence of DC capacitor and series reactor, which is two key components of the system, is analyzed in detail, and the selection principle is given. Finally, the validity of the scheme is verified by simulation results with SABER software.
