Improved Design for the Cable Tray of Cable Line in Distribution Grid |

Abstract The increasing used cable tray consume a lot of natural resources such as steel and zinc,in this paper,the material、type installation method and grounding system of cable tray are improved based on the 10kV cable tray module design of the "China Southern Power Grid standard design V1.0" . Firstly, alloy plastic cable tray instead of steel are put to use in response to the national energy-saving emission reduction and green environmental protection call; Secondly, specifications and models of cable trays are standardized decomposition which can reduce storage area and also improve the delivery speed of cable trays' dispatching; Thirdly, the installation method of cable tray is designed into the assemble type so that effectively reduce the change of design fee. Proved by practice, the optimized design of cable tray deserves wider implementation.
