Abstract The insulation resistance test, withstand voltage test and conductor continuity test of the electrical penetration assembly of the nuclear power plant are basically depend on manual completion, which spend a lot of human and financial resources. Electrical penetration assembly’s factory test automatic control system develops a test platform with the core of Siemens S7-300 series PLC, improves the test procedure of SAK4 terminals, achieves test process automation, promote product competitiveness of electrical penetration assembly.
