Abstract Introduced the control strategy of electrical equipment to actively participate in power grid's frequency modulation, and set up logical structure that can start or stop the controller of electrical equipment according to the system frequency fluctuation. Besides, single machine band's load model was applied to analyze the improvement of a large number of controllable load after primary frequency modulation on the system frequency's control effect.
