Abstract The current smart tag technology in smart substation using proprietary database structure, the technology is not standard, not unified, not conducive to the popularization and promotion of project. The design of this paper is based on the physical circuit modeling and "virtual and actualrelation" optimization, the design method is put forward based on the physical circuit modeling file, balance is corresponding to "put forward the physical loop and logic circuit automatic decoupling technology. Physical loop SPCD file defined in the secondary equipment boards, ports and other physical ability to describe the relationship between information and optical fiber cable connection, the logic circuit of SCD file in each IED device using Inputs are stored in containers all virtual circuit to receive the attachment, through physical loop SPCD file retrieval and SCD file retrieval logic circuit, can obtain physical circuits and logic circuit is also advantageous from viewpoint of relationships, generate smart tag containing logic information flow, save the smart tag production time, reduces the smart tags in making the actual corresponding error rate.
