Abstract In the repair process of live working, the transfer of tools and materials is partrequires more time and physical strength.Aim at the problem of transfer, new electric winch has been developed through innovative structure design, internal control mechanism design and material selection.the problem that transfer rope winding each other easily, safety Index is not high has been solved. New electric winchhas got great improve in energy saving. It reduces the labor intensity of live working people greatly, and improves the efficiency and safety index of live working.
