Abstract  In 10kV Distribution Network,over-limit zero-sequencevoltageor over-limit phase voltage is often used asthestrat-up criterion ofFault Record.However, use the over-limit voltage as strat-up criterion of Recordhas poor reliability.In this paper, the distribution network model is established by ATP/EMTP software,and compare with starting effect of several kinds of recording start algorithm in the occurrence of various internal overvoltage. It is concluded that the method of wavelet maximum value can be used reliably in Internal Overvoltage fault.
