Abstract  With the series of "new normal", the power load in developed areas is no longer "unilateral rise" in recent years, and shows more volatility attributes, which brings difficulties to medium and long-term load forecasting. A load forecasting model based on the analysis of urbanization factors is proposed. First of all economically developed regions in the feature three aspects of population, industrial layout, so as to extract Tiaofenlvxi, multi level factors have a major impact on the trend of the load; secondly, based on the analytic hierarchy process combines the experience of expert, produce the weights of each factor; thirdly, to absorb the fuzzy clustering method in similarity to obtain numerical prediction; finally, for example.
