Analysis the Abnormal Phenomenon on 110kV Breaker Anti-bouncing Circuit of Microcomputer Protection |

Abstract In one periodic test on the anti-bouncing circuit of 110kV circuit breaker protection and monitoring device, we found if we sent a tripping order after switching on circuit breaker and keeping switching dictation by the switching handle on measurement a control panel, circuit breaker didn't switch after tripping, but circuit breaker will switch again after tripping if the outlet pressure plate of auto-reclosure was adopted. The anti-bouncing circuit implemented actually. It is considered due to the return time of switching dictation of synchronization was faster than that of auto-reclosure. The suggestion and test method were proposed for such an operation box anti-bouncing circuit. And it has certain reference and practical significance for scheduled check, acceptance, and troubleshooting, etc.
