Abstract To achieve by means of on-site rapid detection of dc charging pile, this paper designed a set of the high power dc charging metering device based on magnetic modulator principle field detection device, the analysis of the physical principle of magnetic modulator is introduced on the basis of current measurement method and the circuit principle, and introduces the main control module, pulse voltage, MCU module and communication module of measurement, design principle, and gives a complete design method of in-situ test device for dc charging pile watt-hour meter. Finally, the accuracy of the device is verified by laboratory test, and the new design idea is provided for the on-site quick detection of dc charging pile.
