Abstract  The first-order high pass filtering is combined with position sensorless control technology based on flux function. Using the first-order high pass filter of mathematical algorithm in the synchronous modify rotor position and magnetic potential amplitude. It can realize the accurate measurement of rotor position at low frequency. A first-order high pass filter observer design interference suppression of actual measurement which are offsetting and stochastic components during sampling, to improve the measuring precision of rotor position angle. Even in the motor static condition, it also can realize the actual value and by controlling the rotor position angle measurement system to get consistent rotor position of arbitrary angle, and through the simulation test, verify the validity of the proposed method.
