Abstract SCD consists of the key elements of smart substation, and the secondary circuits of substation appears the characteristics of black box due to SCD based on XML. It is difficult to maintain the smart substation. This paper develops the automatic checking technology of SCD based on semantic intensity, and provides technical solution of SCD as well as a possible technical scheme for a risk management of smart substation.
