The design analysis of the plateau environment to wind turbine generator system |

Abstract The environmental conditions at the plateau environment will affect the performance of the electric system of the wind turbine. Only by finding out the requirement of the specific environmental condition of the plateau environment to the various components of the wind turbine system, the wind turbine would operate stablely. This paper describes various factors of the electrical system in plateau environment, and invents a scientific measures for electrical equipment, cable selection and converter water cooling system.
