Abstract The paper introduce development of the intelligent manufacture, discuss the way how to upgrade test system of relay device. Technical Innovation can promote the factor of merit and the test efficiency, reduce the cost of product. This paper analyse the process of testing a relay device, it gives a scheme that build the automatic test system. The system has a computer which command the industrial robots, PLC, transfer device. It can discriminate the kind of the relay, transport it to the test unit and complete the program automatically. The scheme has a salutary lesson for the industry of electrical device. At the same time, it win the second prize of the national electric worker technical achievement.
