Fault section location method for small current grounding system based on CEEMDAN energy relative entropy |

Abstract When a single-phase ground fault occurs in the distribution network, the spectral energy distributions on both sides of the fault point are different. Based on this feature, a fault section location method based on the complete empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise (CEEMDAN) energy relative entropy is proposed to identify this difference. The simulation analysis shows that the method can locate the fault section under different fault conditions and is not affected by noise, which has high accuracy and reliability.
